Hi, Mom.  I posted this on my facebook page this morning (after I struggled out of bed and missed my morning workout)...

Life Lesson #763 I learned from my mother: Don't Stop! Keep moving, no matter what. At 88, Mom knows a little about aging. She said that, when you get older and joints start to ache and you can't move as fast, just face it. It's not going to get any better...ever. The pain will always be there. Don't sit down. Don't whine and complain. Get up. Move. Smile! Live! (and, for what it's worth, don't you ever, ever take her lawn mower away from her....and it's not a riding lawn mower, either)
