Lunch with my swimming buddies

My swimming buddies at the Y met for lunch today to celebrate Mattie's 85th birthday and Mary's retirement. Starting from the left...Mary 72, Carol 71, Mattie 85, and me 66. Mary does not dye her hair! She's Hispanic...maybe that has something to do with it. We all arrive at the Y sometime between 4:00 and 4:15 a.m. Mary, Carol, and I work out on the treadmill and machines before we swim. Mattie goes straight to the smaller, warmer pool and water-walks for 45 minutes. She has done that every weekday morning for over 20 years. They are a great group of friends, don't you think? You would like them.
